Kyle Rudolph, Senior Counsel, Director - Commercial & Sustainability - Berry Global, Inc.

Ep. 73

Kyle is a corporate lawyer with a passion for sustainable business practices that are economically pragmatic and environmentally productive. He’s worked on both the sell- and buy-sides of the ESPC equation: As an in-house attorney with an ESCO and as a corporate lawyer with Berry Global, a leading manufacturer of innovative packaging and engineered products. Kyle works closely with Berry Global’s sustainability team in service of the company’s “Impact 2025” Sustainability Strategy (https://www.berryglobal.com/en/sustainability), an effort that involves maximizing operational efficiency, reducing energy costs, and minimizing Berry Global’s carbon footprint across 300 facilities spanning 39 countries.  Kyle currently serves as Senior Counsel and Director – Commercial & Sustainability. In this episode, Kyle sits down with Jim to discuss his background and drive to facilitate commercial success for his organization, the perspective of an industrial buyer of performance contracting services, and the importance Kyle places on creating and perpetuating a success-driven, authentic, and supportive culture – one meaningful interaction at a time.
