Bob Hinkle is the founder of Metrus Energy and pioneered the creation of the Efficiency Services Agreement structure that the company utilizes to finance and implement energy efficiency projects at large commercial and industrial facilities. In 2009, Bob closed a Series A investment round for Metrus. In 2010, Metrus closed several projects under its ESA structure with a large industrial customer and major ESCO.
